The Opportunity
The Paid Social Manager will take ownership of Zinnia's Paid Social account. You will be responsible for growing revenue via Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels such as TikTok and Reddit.
Success in this role looks like:
* Acquire patients from our new Paid Social accounts while maintaining a strong CPA relative to our Paid Search account.
What You'll Do
* Manage the strategy and setup of all Paid Social campaigns.
* Launch new campaigns, ad sets, ads, landing page tests, etc.
* Work with our creative team to launch new ad ideas.
* Prioritize learnings when executing and optimizing campaigns.
* Consistently monitor Paid Social campaigns to ensure everything is running smoothly.
* Measure and report your progress. Identify patterns and trends in datasets and make adjustments to improve performance.
* Stay up-to-date with the rapidly changing Marketing landscape.
* Participate in Marketing and Sales experiments.
* Help launch Zinnia Health in new markets.
