We are currently seeking a Design Engineer II to join our team in Wautoma, WI. In this role you will design new products and processes, and improve and maintain existing products.

Communicate with other engineering personnel to coordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion.
• Designs new processes and improvements for new and existing products.
• May conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable and reliable.
• May confer with management, production, and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
• May direct field testing of products and systems performed by field staff.
• May forecast operating costs of department and direct preparation of budget requests.
• Provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers.
• Other related duties as assigned.

The annual salary for this role is $70,500-$103,400 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline plus 5 or more years of experience
• CWI certification

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in engineering programs and systems
