Job Description

The Associate Marketing Manager of Customer Activation plays a key role in enabling the success of our customer marketing efforts. They will be responsible for developing and executing B2B2C activation tactics including but not limited to the rewards programs, digital platforms including email, mobile app, and retention campaigns. He/she must be highly collaborative, a self-starter, creative problem solver, and demonstrates willingness to take a hands-on approach to execution.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration:

  • Works in collaboration with the customer strategy, digital strategy, and therapeutic area teams to execute omni-channel strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the holistic customer journey, from the veterinary health teams to the pet owner.

Activation:

  • Execution of the B2B2C activation tactics including but not limited to the rewards programs, digital platforms including email, mobile app, and retention campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences across channels.
  • Work with the digital strategy team to map and refine key journeys, refine touchpoints and regularly gather insights (quantitative and qualitative) to improve conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience of 2+ years, with a strong background in omni-channel strategy activation.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B2C behavior, market trends, and end-to-end commercialization execution.
  • Effective communication and collaboration approach to customer activation.

Physical Position Requirements:

  • The position requires cross-collaborative meetings at corporate headquarters, as well as travel for industry conferences and customer visits.
